Nex-Gen Restrooms, operated by Larry Hensley, provides portable restroom rental services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
All rentals require advance booking and payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made. Late payments may incur additional fees. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure adequate access for our vehicles. You are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. The rental site must be accessible and safe for our personnel.
Nex-Gen Restrooms liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
